The 2007 Rose City Open DVD is finally done and pressing at the factory. We had to shorten the format a little bit, but it's still one of the best disc golf DVD's ever made.

This DVD features 5 Team Innova Pros: Dave Feldberg, Nate Sexton, Tim Skellenger, Andrew Rich, and Team Innova Ambassador Pro: Tom Embree.

Exclusive play by play commentary by Steve Yang, Coury Coates, Nate Sexton of Team Innova, and John Ollis.

The 2007 Rose City Open format was 3 rounds of 18 holes at Pier Park Portland, Oregon. Round 1 was all short placements and rounds 2 and 3 were long placements.

The DVD features shot making by all Pro Open Men during round 1 and half or round 2. Then the focus goes to lead card footage of Dave Feldberg, Andrew Rich, Nick Holcomb and Ken Gilmore. There are random smatterings of the 2nd card during logjams. Round 2 footage of the lead card back nine features Andrew Rich's -9 tournament course record (1052 rating) for the long placements. Andrew's -9 (1052 rated round) is currently still the official course record for tournament play. The highest rated round in the 2008 Rose City Open with the same long pin placements was a -3 (1013 rated round) by Mike Suchocki.

Round 3 is exclusively footage of the lead card featuring Dave Feldberg, Nick Holcomb, Coury Coates, and Andrew Rich. There are random smatterings of the 2nd card during logjams on the course. Dave Feldberg closes out his final round throwing a -6 (1026 rated round).

2nd card footage includes: Ken Gilmore, Nate Sexton, Dustin Milbrodt, Tim Skellenger, and Tom Embree.

Overcast weather made for ideal shooting conditions and the footage here is some of the best disc golf footage ever captured.

The emphasis of this DVD is on quality and not quantity. Special care was taken to show players actual set up routines and not just rapid fire releases.

This DVD is a fine example of the exemplary play of current World Champion Dave Feldberg with an emphasis on the technique that has carried him to the top of the Disc Golf world.

If you want to see how a World Champion shreds a very difficult wooded course, this is one DVD that you do not want to miss!

We have changed our format due to dvd disc replication restrictions. Extended play DVD media is not available in short runs and so we must press standard length DVD's. Therefore this DVD will feature Men's Pro Open random play plus Lead Card Pro footage only. The remaining sudden death Women's and Advanced Am plus the Showcase Final 9 from 2008 will be made available right here on YouTube!

2008 Rose City Open Champion

Mike Suchocki is our 2008 Pro Open Division Champion. It was an epic battle fought through both Trojan Park and Pier Park. And in the end, Mike emerged victorious after a brutal weekend of radioactive water hazards, 15 ft tall blackberry bushes, and blood drinking nuclear mosquitos.

Skello wins the Ft. Steilacoom Open!
